The pillowtop padding is very thin = they easily could have made it a little thicker.It is firm (which I like very much) and even though it says Medium, based on reviews I read on the firmness it is accurate.Although some of that experienced by others may be due to the thinness of the pillowtop.It is more bouncy than average beds today, and that movement travels.Based on experience with other mattresses I think this should be about 15% to 20% less in price.However, current supply / demand issues make it just barely on target with free Prime shipping. Definitely would not pay $1 more for this. i will now have to add a separate mattress topper to resolve the comfort and bounciness while maintaining the firmness. Which may ultimately be a better solution than paying for a mattress costing 2x more. I expect this to last longer than average because of the strong springs if a good mattress cover is used to protect the surface. In the long run this should prove to be a reasonable value. One also has to factor in the time it would take to find a better value. It might be out there, but spending 40 hrs shopping to save $100 on a mattress doesn't make sense to me. I am happy with it.

I purchased this mattress not knowing if it would be comfortable or not.I was searching for a mattress and box spring that was within my budget.This one was pretty cheap and it looked nice online so I figured I would give it a try.I have a terminal illness, therefore; I only weigh in the 70s. When a person is this thin, even the tiniest pleats in a mattress can hurt my bones.The very first night I slept on this, I felt like I had already died and went to heaven!This is the absolute most soft, comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. It doesn’t hurt my body in any shape or form.If you buy this, you will be extremely satisfied.I absolutely love it and I’m so happy I chose the right mattress.Now all I need to do is to save up for some pillows, sheets and a comforter and I will have everything I need for a heavenly death.God Bless All You Shoppers Out There.😇

Delivery paperwork from carrier said the mattress size was a full, not the Queen I ordered and driver was limited to driveway delivery not inside delivery as I requested. My husband had signed for the delivery and driver would not let me refuse delivery after I discovered size was incorrect (within seconds, driver had not left my yard). So I was left with a huge box of mattress and box springs laying in my driveway. That being said, I measured my Queen mattress and sure enough the new mattress was indeed a Queen and not a full. Unneeded drama. Unboxed and discovered the lining was ripped free from the underside of the box springs but a staple gun and a few minutes fixed it right up. Only one night so far on the mattress but it was comfortable. Love that I can flip the mattress as it is padded on both sides and will hopefully extend its life.

Mattress met all requirements, using on an adjustable bed frame. I have experienced no problems with the mattress movement as far as the up, down and the bending of the adjustable bed frame. I love the fact that I can flip it and still have a pillow top on the opposite side. Thank you.

My husband likes firm mattresses, I need soft due to medical issues. Figured Medium meant an okay compromise. Husband loves the bed and its price point. I have tried sleeping on it and cannot due to pain and my body bruising easily. If you need a softer mattress, go with memory foam or hybrid, not innerspring. It is not the company's fault My body does this. Have ordered a mattress topper so I can sleep in our bed.The seller shipped as promised, delivery occurred as promised, and I do recommend this seller.

this mattress is not meant for someone over weight,it is not plush at all and not medium firm it is extra firm so if your over weight and it does not give an inch on pressure points its like your body laying on itself which causes alot of pain,however if your not over weight and like extra firm mattresses this mattress is for you.i have nothing wrong with the quality of the mattress its a nice firm mattress if thats what you need it will be great for you.i only gave 3 stars because for me the listing was decieving since its not plush and not medium firm it caused me to buy something that isnt for me.by all means if you like a firm mattress this is for you!

Shipping: took quite a while to arrive, but shipping info was accurate.Packaging: several boxes pieced together and held in place with plastic straps, no tape, boxes were smeared with black.Delivery: dropped off at either porch or entryway. No help getting it into the bedroom, unpacking, etc.Product: boxspring is very shallow and is packaged as two pieces. Mattress is double sided pillowtop as described. The combo is lower to bed surface than I expected. I'll have to buy risers.

Just received the mattress today. Thought it was a plush pillow top like it said in the description. However, it is very firm. There were loose threads all over the mattress. Have to trim them and one of the seams it not done property on the end. However, I have to have a mattress for the holidays and now it is too late to get anything else. So I am stuck with this. To me, it is over priced for the item.
