Perfect metal detecting shovel!
Best shovel for metal detecting! Built like a tank and cuts through tough ground like a shovel is supposed to. The first shovel I purchased was a different, highly know and suggested brand. However it bent on my third use. So disappointing. This shovel has been worked hard for a year now and has been a pleasure to use. The size is perfect for digging plugs. Highly recommended!

Best Detecting shovel I have ever purchased.
This shovel is a wonderful purchase..it's solid steel..very strong. It was the best price I could find for a quality shovel.. perfect for its intended purpose..Great People to do business with. Price was better than any I found on Amazon. Amazon is wonderful about returns..But this one I will be keeping..I will keep buying my detecting hobby items from this store..they were honest and the box it came in was great..Also remember it is Stainless steel.. much stronger than the standard Carbon steel..because of this, my blade edge never flattened or gets dull..a little heavier than carbon steel..but much stronger.. you will love this one. Heavy duty!
Just wanted to give first impressions. Out of the box you can tell this is a heavy duty shovel that is heavy in weight but that's what you're going to get when looking for something strong. The welds are alright, penetrated nicely, there is some undercutting where the 90 is to connect the shaft to the shovel but I don't believe it will effect anything. The paint will definitely wear off quick but that's to be expected, little touch ups here and there will fix that. Overall I like what I'm looking at. Can't wait to give it a try and see how it performs.

Man this is a solid shovel.
Very solid. First time I used this I cut through roots and never knew they were there until I saw them. Perfect for cutting plugs. I will by another for my wife and I recommend this to anyone in the market. You won't regret this purchase.

Its a beast, Well made
It is a very well made, heavy duty spade for treasure hunters or planting blackberry vines in the garden. Quick and easy to turn ground over or up and built for many years of service. Highly recommend for garden or metal detection.
