Sembra che la versione grande sia stata semplicemente adattata all’uso domestico, senza alcuna modifica. Impeccabile. Ormai un canone intramontabile. Secondo me, non esiste di meglio. Acciaio di alta qualità, forma della lama perfetta, punta sottile quanto basta. È durevole, full tang, con tre perni cilindrici che fissano saldamente il manico. Il bolster in metallo saldato impedisce l’ingresso di cibo e acqua sotto il manico, migliorando igiene e durata. Il materiale del manico è lavabile in lavastoviglie. Ben bilanciato, con il peso giusto. Sottile nel filo di taglio, ma robusto sul dorso. Tutto semplicemente perfetto. Solo questo coltello riunisce tutte queste caratteristiche in un unico strumento. È praticamente un “libro di testo” del coltello da cucina. Non ho trovato nessun altro modello così completo sotto ogni aspetto. Per l’uso domestico può durare tranquillamente per generazioni. Se hai questo, puoi fare tutto: non serve acquistare nessun altro coltello per tutta la vita.
