This light is so fun! The way it unfolds diffuses the light amazingly and the color of the light is super relaxing. On top of that, it's usb-c charging! The reason I took off one star is because I brought it on a camping trip and it didn't last quite long enough, but it's easy to bring a battery pack of you're worried about it.

This lamp is so impressive! I even called my sister to do a reveal over Facetime and the look of delight on her face was the best. The fold style makes it convertible, as you can see in the examples in my photos. The light coming through the paper is not glaring, but plenty bright in the dark. I use this around the house at night because it's practical AND fun. I'm not a huge fan of bamboo-color wood, but that's just a personal preference.

I like how the Tyvek material softens the light. It feels and looks like a quality lamp. The light given off is similar to an old oil lamp. The design of the light is fun and attractive, but there are a few issues:1). paper like material (Tyvek) can easily be bent out of shape or crushed. It can be reshaped back to its orginal form.2). the only way to turn it off is by completely compressing it. A remote should have been included.3). The print in the manual is so small, I could barely read it with a magnifying glass.... luckily you won't need it!4). There is some suction created when opening and closing the light. There is some magnetic force to overcome when opening as well.These items can make turning the light off a bit annoying at times. Since you have to handle the item to turn it on/off, it's only a matter of time before it is crushed/damaged.

Perfect lamp for walking in a dark house without having to turn on lights in every room. Bright enough to light what you need to see, and easy enough to carry. We are going to use ours for my grandson who is scared of the dark so he can get to the bathroom without being afraid. He loves it and keeps it in bed with him. Four stars because even though it is well made you still have to be careful folding it back up as the paper part doesn't always go back together perfect. Great lamp overall and I would recommend.

I was really excited about this portable lantern and absolutely LOVED it when I first got it. Right out of the box it was charged and shined bright. I loved using it as a bedside lamp. After that first charge died out I attempted to re-charge it leaving it plugged in overnight (as there is no indicator on how charged it is) to be sure it got enough juice, but now it only shines dimly at a fraction of the power and brightness as it had before. I am super disappointed as it's not bright enough to use for any sort of light anymore.

What a beautiful lamp! Be prepared in style. It is very masterfully made lamp; the light is so soft but bright. It looks absolutely stunning! Not only can it be used in blackouts, but it will also add a romantic vibe to every situation. Chargers and works great!

It is like art and light. The only issue I have with it is that it only turns off it is closed.

I have nothing but good things to say. It comes already charged and ready to be used. It comes with a charger as well. The patterns advertised as make-able with this lamp are all possible and don’t strain the lamp. The lamp itself is also very easy on the eyes. There are no imperfections on the bamboo either; very high quality. I really love this purchase.
