Review: Great product, super durable and works as advertised. - I am not a crazy cyclist, but have been biking close to 100 miles a week. I noticed my feet kept slipping while changing gears and when hitting bumps etc. I wanted something cheap and easy to keep my feet on the pedals. These clips worked perfectly. I read other reviews about not fitting and something to do with a small steel plate not fitting either. Wasn’t sure if they would fit but looked at my pedals and it seemed like the two small holes would line up pretty close to where the mounting holes on the clips were. I ordered them hoping for the best. Turns out, they fit perfectly. The mounting hardware was the proper length and all I had to do was line up the mounting holes and install. For added security, I did add a small washer on the same side as the screw head, but I don’t think it is required. After a few rides, they align my feet on the pedals nicely. Not too far forward and right on the balls of my feet. They really keep my feet nice and snug but not like a full clip so I can easily slide my foot out at stop lights if need be. I have never used full clip in pedals so I can’t speak to them helping with the “upstroke” or the pulling up style of cycling but they are very secure and the plastic is nice and beefy. I would definitely recommend these as a cheap middle ground before getting into a full clip-in style pedal and shoe. Easy installation and works exactly as advertised. I would simply caution the user to make sure your current pedals have the small holes near the front to mount.

**Q: Will these work on a peloton bike and do I need anything along with them?**
A: 2020 Update: I purchased for a recently delivered Peloton and they didn't work at all. There is no way to attach them to the stock pedals. You will have to install different pedals in order for this item to work.

**Q: Are these just antislip, or can I also get upstroke power? Hybrid bike on roads, many stop signs, tennis shoes. I'll replace my Avenir Comfort Pedals.**
A: I would say they are mostly anti-slip.  I don't have to reposition my feet like I did without them on standard pedals, so just that has improved efficiency.  I like them a lot for frequent stopping, easy in and out.  For me, the upstroke power is limited in tennis shoes just because they don't offer much protection to my big toe nails, which rub on the clip and get sore after many miles, but I find that goes away in a cycling shoe that is more rigid.  I honestly forget I have them until I have to stop.  I like them a lot.

**Q: What range of shoe sizes? This is the main parameter that somehow no one writes:)**
A: I wear 10.5 US and they fit fine. My guess is they could accomodate up to a 14 or so. Outliers are obviously gonna have issues but id say if you are in the normal range for shoe sizes i.e. 9-13 for males you should be perfectly fine.

**Q: How much shoe fits in these clips (to the nearest cm or 1/4")?  I want to determine if my foot will be properly aligned with the spindle of the pedal.**
A: I wear size 12 and the clips give me good alignment over the pedal for pushing down.  The clips are somewhat flexible and so can probably take at least up to size 15 in terms of their ventral to dorsal (bottom to top) thickness, but whether they provide optimal position over the spindle for such bigger sizes I couldn't say for sure.  I have noted that when I align the pedal to the ball of my feet, for instance for climbing a steep grade, there is perhaps 1/2 inch of extra space between the toe of the pedal and the toe of my shoe.  I suspect that the pedals will fit a size or two above my size 12.  Please note, however, that these clips are no substitute for a more secure shoe to pedal union.  I used an "SPD" or Shimano touring pedal for several years and always found it much superior for sustaining maximum speed or for distance.  The Delta clips are a delight in city traffic because of the ease in slipping out of them.
