Don't waste your money
I bought these headphones for a few reasons: 1) i run and workout a lot, so i needed headphones that would not fall out of my ears. 2) i needed headphones that didnt have wires all over the place, and i could just place my phone on the treadmill or in my pocket while running. Unfortunately, after only using these headphones twice, I cannot keep a charge on them. I charge these headphones, but then when i go to use them the next day - dead. Useless. It is past the 30 days of return, so I am out over $30 for some headphones that don't work.As for staying in my ears - the clip on the ear bud is great - however, the sweat gets into the ear, which causes the actual bud to not stay in my ear.Don't waste your money.

Wireless for Cheap
*Updated Review Below*I would have rather rated these a 3.5 since I think the quality of the product is closer to a 3.5, but these are very economical buds that are still pretty decent. These certainly aren't bad ear buds, but there's a few things that could use some improvements. For the price, though, these are definitely worth the thirty bucks. I made a list of pros and cons below, but minus the couple of cons I'm very happy with these buds.Pros:The sounds quality is great, but I'm no sound aficionado. For me, though, they've been great sound quality and they can certainly get loud enough for my taste. My gym plays music pretty loud and I can drown out their Justin Bieber with these buds. There's about 20" of cord. I was worried about the cord being able to wrap around my head because I've got a pretty big noggin, but there's more than enough cord for you to either drape these behind or in front of your head. There's also a clip that comes with the cord so you can tighten it down to your preference. One thing to note- I put the cord behind my head and every time I moved the tail of the cord (the leftover cord after cinching it down) would jerk under my shirt and mess with the buds in my ear, which got pretty annoying and caused me to move the cord to the front. You can control your music from the ear buds. The right ear bud has a volume up, volume down, and play/pause button. If you hold the volume up button for 3-5 seconds it'll skip ahead to the next track. If you hold the volume down button for 3-5 seconds it'll go back a track. You can still use your phone when these are on to control your music, but it's nice to have the option to just use the ear bud. That's especially true since living in Chicago I often have to dress like an eskimo and I can still control my music with my gloves on by simply going to the ear bud controls. You can use these as a bluetooth device to talk on. The microphone quality isn't the greatest as I've had people having a hard time hearing me, but I can hear them just fine. You get tons of ear buds. You only get one set of the clips, which is kind of a bummer, but you get two of each ear bud (picture in the picture section)(the AA battery in the picture is merely for size comparison, you do not need batteries for this device).Cons:The first thing I wasn't crazy about with these ear buds is that you need the cheap clips that come with them to keep them on your head (at least that's the way it is for me). I tried using these with just the buds in my ears and they kept falling out after a little movement. The plastic ear clips that come with them are decent enough and have been doing the trick for me so far, but they look and feel very cheap. The clips are made of a sturdy plastic, but there is no rubber or anything on them to make them more comfortable. Considering how much you pay for these, though, that shouldn't surprise you. I included a picture of them in the picture section. The battery life hasn't been great for me, but not bad either. I use these for the gym and my commute to and from work which totals about three hours each day. I put the battery to the test and only charged (the charger comes with the ear buds) these every other day and there certainly wasn't enough juice for both my commute and the gym for that to work out, at least not for both days. So I have to charge them everyday, which isn't terrible. All in all, I'd say I get about a good five hours of use, which is about the standard for a bluetooth device being constantly used. When the battery gets ready to die you'll get a beeping noise which will interrupt music or conversation every 15-20 seconds and you'll get about 15-20 minutes of battery life from the moment these start beeping to go dead.Updated ReviewSo almost everything above still stands, but I'm sorry to report that these have died and are no longer serviceable after two years of use. The buds will no longer hold a charge and every time I go to pair the buds with my phone I get a special beep which I'm guessing means the battery life has ended. They were very good buds for the price, but in the end you get what you pay for. Buy as a quick fix and/or temporary solution, but if you have the same luck as I've had with my buds you'll want to invest in something more durable.

Can't beat the price but sound quality could be better
I bought two pair of these and honestly they've served me well in the gym. Still they were never quit loud enough, there is absolutely no bass response and they don't stay in the ear canal securely. All it takes is a little sweat and movement and these will wiggle right out of the ear canal. I also found all of the little detachable pieces extremely annoying. I lost the ear hooks several times before finding them behind the bed or between the sofa cushion months later. The bud tips fall off from time to time, say like just rustling around in your gym bag. The rubberized charging port cover for one of the pair I purchased broke off. Both pair eventually died a horrible death in accidents of being sat upon which broke the entire earpiece off, so I just salvaged the parts, the other fell out of my bag and I stepped on them...oh well. Not saying these are fragile but the design makes them prone to break in situations that are bound to happen. The buds are actually hard rigid plastic attached to a flattened base, bend it the wrong way and *snap*....On the bright side, these served me well, I kept them for at least 3 years before they broke.

Disappointed
I'm going to add to the list of dissatisfied customers on this one. I too bought these around Christmas of 2014, and a month and a half later they were useless. I used them at work (sitting at a desk all day). For about a week before they finally died, I was noticing that they started to shut off if I took them off for more than a few minutes. I didn't think it was a big deal, because they were supposed to have an automatic shutoff after a few minutes. Then the day before they died, they started shutting off while I was using them. Annoying, but still not a huge deal because I would just push the power on and they would start right up again. Well, finally I came in one day and they would just make a clicking noise when I turned them on. It's not the battery, it's not a syncing issue, it's just not working any longer. Because they died outside the 30 day return window for Amazon, I tried to contact the manufacturer to see what could be done (they do have a 1 year limited warranty on their products), but have yet to receive any sort of response almost 2 weeks later. Prior to them becoming completely useless, I was quite happy with them. Sound quality met my standards and they were very comfortable in my ear.
