I said it all in the headline. I really enjoy the collection of poetry that is included in this. But I would have really loved to see the translations side-by-side with the original Turkish.I like reading alongside my Turkish girlfriend, and it would be so nice to have her able to see it in her language as I read in English.

My friend is an aspiring American poet. I got this book as a gift to her. She was very excited and eselpecially impressed by Nazim Hikmet. Knowing that Talat Halman is a great expert, I knew that he was the right source.
