I bought this about a month ago and have absolutely loved it. Clean cut and no razor burn. I'm can't believe I only just thought to get this type of razor last month, given that I've been shaving for going on 25 years. Today I realized it wouldn't turn on and I was furious. My fiancee, being the brilliant man he is, had the bright idea to open the head to clean it. It was totally packed with hair, so the mechanism couldn't move. After being cleaned and oiled it worked good as new.

No more razor burn. This is water proof which is nice. I do wish it came with a storage option such as bag. Overall would recommend. Update: I still love this razor however, it broke after about 5 months of use and had to repurchase. I’m still happy with the product but doesn’t seem as durable as I had hoped

When I initially bought this product, I thought it was incredible. I was so happy that I found something that was easy and effective. I used it a few times after a couple months. It completely stopped working. so I thought I must've got unlucky and got a dud so I purchased a second one. the exact same thing happened. I literally used it three times. And it stopped working. I tried multiple different AA batteries. None would work. The first battery was brand new so there was no reason for it to stop working after three uses. So now I'm out over $60 absolute waste of money. If you wanna risk you'll be blown away the first time you use it and think that you struck gold but once you reach back in there and try to use it again don't be surprised if it suddenly goes dead and there's nothing you can do to make it work. I'm frustrated and I'm really upset that I'm out this money.

It worked great for a while, then randomly stopped turning on one day. They have a 1-year warranty, though so I called customer service and they sent me another one for free. 10/10 customer service and the product works great!

I’ve purchased 2 of these. The first one lasted for years. The second one broke within a month, it doesn’t work anymore. It’s a shame because I have bought other ones since this one broke and they all cut you (blood) or pull hair. The Venus intimate razor has never cut me or pulled hair. I can also use it dry or wet and I can work fast because this trimmer is safe. I absolutely hate that mine broke. I don’t want to order another one because it’s pricey for it to just stop working, again. :(

Easy and quick to use. Gentle shave. Skin remains soft after shave.

I use it for facial hair and underarm. Been using it since July 2022 and it has never failed me once. It's battery powered so no "charging" is needed. It's honestly better than all those rechargeable ones out there cuz we all know those are meant to only last for 1-2 years max. I travel with it all the time for last minute shave and gosh I will buy it again without a blink if mine ever dies. The white part don't stain with my mindless abuse of using it on top of makeup LOL Just wipe it with a tiny dab of makeup remover and it's just like new.

Good compact size to keep in bathroom. Easy to handle. Suitable size for smaller area grooming. You have to remember not to twist it 'on' the wrong way or the bottom battery bit comes off easily. So far it's working well.

I like how small this thing is. I doubted it when I opened the package, but while trying to shave one's bush down under, it is comforting and convenient to not be handling a bulky device. The added clip is great for cutting to a common length for folks who still want to see/feel some hair--but be patient, as I found this required a few passes. Removing the clip and shaving down to skin was faster, I did not feel any tugging or nicks, and it was very easy and intuitive. I haven't tried this in the shower yet, but it is advertised as being made for that--I recommend that path instead of making a mess everywhere like a barber shop floor. Read the instructions for how to clean the shaver head, that is the only part not intuitive. Also, the instructions seem to indicate you need to oil the blade after washing, but there's no oil included in my box, so... contemplate where to get some.
