I've read many different business How to guides in the past and I have to say I haven't seen one so thorough as this. I never knew there were so many different types of grass but this guide tells you about most of them. The guide also takes a look at the equipment you'll be needing for a succesful lawncare business. Mowers,Blowers and trimmers are all covered. The most importat thing about this guide is the information is 100% viable it's easy to digest and follow. After reading this guide I'm definitely considering starting up a lawncare business part time in the summer, the weather in the UK wont allow for full time.Im sure my business plan will be a lot easy to draw up after reading Patricks great guide. On the whole I would highly recommend this guide to anyone who is seriously looking for an easy to start business. The Lawncare Business Guide is definitely a cut above the rest.

I've never wrote a review for anything an I found this to be the absolute best book for start up info an the how to an don't do. This wAs the best book I've found for starting up a lawn care business the information in this book comes from a business owner. The info is great I recommend this book to anyone trying to start up a business.

There is nothing in here that is not common sense. I purchased this based on reviews stating there were templates and forms available for use. Nothing of value here ...period.

This book outlined everything a person would need to get started in a lawn care business. I have been thinking for a long time of starting a lawn care business, and this book was a perfect fit for me. It gave me a good understanding of the equipment I would need to get started, different services I could offer, billing and accounting programs, etc. I would even recommend this book for just people who use lawn care services to better understand how a lawn care business works and makes money.

This book covers almost everything that you would need to know to start a lawn care business. It includes some great ideas for promoting your business. It does not however cover each topic in detail to be very useful. Example: the section on sprinkler systems was half a page basically saying you can learn to do irrigation or partner with someone who does. I would have expected details on how to do sprinkler systems if it is going to be included in the book. The book also frequently references a website for further information but when I tried to access the website it is not there. It does provide helpful information and advice but you will have to do more research on various aspects of the business. Print is large which makes for an easier read.
