Wow! Great deal!
So, I have made my own monitor mounts for A1ups for several cabinets, so far.Get the mdf wood from a local hard-ware store. Get a router, (a new router bit, too), a circular saw, and a template (which I also made) and after an hour you have a home-made monitor mount.Orrrr,........Just buy this. It is just as good quality as what comes with a stock A1up.It fits perfectly. It's well-packaged to arrive safe. The screw-holes ARE a tad too small, though. I had to use a hand-drill to slightly enlarge the screw holes in order to mount the monitor. (Otherwise, they just wouldn't go in and risked damaging/stripping the mdf board.)Otherwise, for the time and effort saved, (and with the cost of mdf currently through the roof), you really can't beat this option!

Easy to install, fits great, no issues, high quality components.
Unlike the other thorough review here, I had a very different experience with the Intec Gaming Mount kit. I received the item today and had it installed in about 25 minutes (not rushing). The wooden mount for the monitor is holds the monitor horizontally at the proper height for the cabinet. The monitor 'hole' is no longer as described by the other reviewer where the monitor sits too low in cabinet. Also the quality of the black area on the plastic bezel is solid, dark black. In addition they sent two bezels, a 4x3 ratio and a 5:4 ratio bezel dark area, so everything fit nicely. The other review said the bezel was too wide by 1/16 of an inch. Both bezel fit my cabinet with just the tiniest loosening of the side screws (which you are already loosening as part of monitor mount removal/install). All I can say is this kit IS ready for prime time and made the modding of my Space Invaders cab to a Genesis Intec fight stick mod perfect and professional looking. In fact it worked out so well, I plan to mod my Galaga cab with another Intec monitor mount kit and an Intec NES Fight Stick next. Honestly, I can't believe this kit is only 19.99, as I am sure with this quality of product they could charge more.

Chipped corner, but still great!
I'm really happy with the 20 dollar kit! One corner of the acrylic frames got chipped in shipping, but the damaged corner is completely hidden by the control deck. All in all, the installation was a success!

Good idea, but doesn't fit properly... fundamental design issues.
As a big fan of the Intec Fight Stick for A1U, I was one of the first to get this for my A1U Centipede cab conversion, and was excited when it arrived. However, it didn't take long to discover there were several, notable flaws...* First (and this is a deal-breaker), the monitor sits too low. For some reason, Intec centered the cutout for the monitor top-to-bottom instead of offsetting it higher like the factory, A1U cabinets do. The result is that when everything is fully assembled, the monitor sits about 1" too low in the cabinet, leaving about 4" from the marquee and 2.5" from the control panel (the rest is hidden below the control deck). So, it just looks weird.* Second, the plexi is just too wide. It doesn't fit the width of the A1U cabinet without flexing and bowing. It's only too wide by a little (about 1/16"), but it's enough to make it not fit. No amount of loosening bolts and shimmying things around would make it fit.* Next, the black printing on the plexi looks like it was done with some kind of inkjet printer... you can see the lines or "passes" made to paint it, and it's not truly black (more like dark, dark brown).* Lastly, the actual cutout for the monitor frame relative to the black bezel opening on the plexi isn't quite aligned. The result is that monitor's picture is cutoff slightly at the top and bottom, and the left and right sides both show about 1/4" too much.I waited months for this kit, and the price was certainly good. But the result was unacceptable, and just not fit for use. I can't really recommend this for anyone, since even modifying it wouldn't produce good results. Intec needs to take this back to the drawing board.UPDATE: Intec sent me a replacement, saying the first unit might have had some initial QC issues. Sadly, it was nearly as bad as the first. None of the issues had been fixed... everything is still "off." The screen sits too low, the bezel doesn't fit, etc. Maybe the black bezel printing was a bit better, but still not perfect. Clearly this aren't QC issues, but fundamental design flaws. A shame.
