BEST Multivitamin EVER!!!!
I have never been able to take a multivitamin because I get so nauseous. I have been taking these for over a month and have not been nauseous one time! The taste is kind of bland, but thatโs okay because Iโm not sick! Also, they give me great energy in the mornings! I even shared them with my PCP at my last yearly and she was very impressed.

the taste is absolutely horrible
It smells good, that is all it has going for it tbh. it doesn't full dissolve so there are little white specs in it. which that wasn't that big of a deal for me. but the taste. my god. it tastes like a battery lol

Okay taste
So I love the ease of adding my vitamins to water as a way to both drink more after and get my vitamins taken as well. The flavor is only okay. Itโs quite bland actually. But all in all, it gets the job done.

Good quality, vitamin and pleasant to take
I buy this for my son and he loves it. He found it to have a rather earthy taste, which is to be expected from a plant-based vitamin, but he also said that it easily mixes into water or juice, and he can add his other morning supplements, such as pre-workout. I will probably continue buying this item, unless he finds some thing more beneficial.
