The product arrived as described with two items in the package, but that’s where the positives end. Opening these items was a complete nightmare. It took me 45 minutes and four different tools to pry open the tops, which were so sealed together that I thought I’d never get them open. Once I finally managed to remove the tops, what I found inside was baffling. There were no balms in sight—just some white, furry substance that looked old, expired, and growing organisms. I’ve attached photos to show exactly what I received. The product did have a menthol scent, but that’s the only thing that seemed to match the description. I’m shocked that desertcart allows this product to be sold. It’s unacceptable that something like this could be shipped to customers. If I could give zero stars, I would.
