Wonderful for recipies
Worked beautifully as substitute for regular vanilla wafers. Our daughter has developed celiac and this enabled her to enjoy many of the holiday dishes she has grown up with! Taste was great no one realized I had substituted products

Crunchy vanilla wafers, gluten free.
Yummy gluten free vanilla wafers. I’ve used them with pudding and sliced bananas to make a gluten free “banana pudding”. I love the crunch which survives nicely in a pudding. They’re a bit addictive, especially if you’re a vanilla wafers fan like me. I glass of oat milk and these are a delightful little dessert.

Seem to be safe for gluten intolerance
I used these in a banana pudding dessert for a family member who is gluten intolerant. I personally found them unpleasantly dry and stale in taste but she raved about how good they tasted, no doubt because she hasn't had vanilla wafers in years! She did not get sick, no GI distress after eating these, so they are, apparently, truly gluten free.

Made a great banana pudding for my gluten free family members. My non glutenfree nephew couldn't tell the difference.
