I had a requirement of 4 King Size mattress for my home... Got a quote from sleepwell and other reputed companies... they were atleast 3 to 5 times costlier with the same specs... Then saw the orthopedic luxuriate matttess on amazon... decided to go for it the very same time... First I bought the spring pocket mattress and amazon was responsive with canceling the order... thanks to amazon... Next day after making the payment... wakeup contacted me to confirm my address and order... They shipped my order through Bluedart and the delivery was fulfilled in 7 days... It is a far away place and the item size is large... So 7 days is acceptable from placing the order while other companies were giving a wait time of 2 weeks... The mattresses were in a very good condition from inside... the outer cover in which it came got dusty during transit... but thats normal... thats its packing and the fault of Bluedart.... But it was in perfect condition inside.. The mattress arrived in vacuum packed roll... which we unpacked... and.. It is sealed with 3 layer plastic... That was very good... Coming to the quality of the mattress.... It is wonderful mattress... No Back pain... Very comfortable... No problems while sleeping... It is 10 inch as promised... It is bouncy and responsive... And it doesn't really makes any voice... In intial 3 days There was back pain which I experienced... but due to somework I got the mattress off the bed... and realised the mattress was upside down... And the pain disappeared from then...Be sure while unboxing it to keep it the right way... Wakeup was very supportive and helped me to purchase the mattress... The price they offered it was fabulous... It is the cheapest in my knowledge... It is a pure buy from my side...

The Wake -Up Matress was really good. The price is also reasonable and it is very useful. Regarding installation the Lady official helped me a lot over telephone. I would suggest other buyers to try the Wake Up Matress which are durable beautiful and comfortable.I’m really very happy for this online purchase .

They boast about comfort, pocket springs and all but its the worst thing i have ever experienced in my life the spring give up in a few months and then back pain starts i never had this issue in any mattress. Every morning my upper back pains like hell and its not for me alone all family members who have used this stupid mattress have the same issue.. dont buy even of ypu have to sleep on the floor it will be better than this

After a plenty of literature research from Pubmed articles I decided to use medium firm pocket spring mattress with memory foam on top. After online search I came to know about Wakeup mattress’s product - "12 inch Luxuriate Orthopaedic hybrid memory foam Pocket spring" that matched all the features I was looking for. I ordered it through Amazon and received a product with small 1cm hole in the bottom layer. To my surprise they immediately resent me a new piece within a week. Have been using this since last 3 weeks and I can say with full satisfaction that this is the kind of product I was looking for. It gives me a good sound undisturbed 8 hours sleep to me as well as to my partner with absolutely no aches, no early morning heaviness that I had with previous 2 mattresses. The mattress is somewhat cheap. Otherwise nothing special about it. Quality is ok. Dont keep your expectations up seeing the reviews. After the delivery, an executive from the company calls and asks to review their product 5 stars.
