Very impressed
Purchased this as a replacement for my stock extruder on the Ender 3.The assembly was easy enough. Instructions were pictures, so I was constantly visually comparing between the sheet and extruder.I've used it for more than 10 prints in a Bowden set-up so far. Initial feeding through the extruder isn't exactly easy because the case is opaque, but simply using feel will suffice.Make sure to:1) Reverse the stepper polarity2) Increase the extruder steps per mm to at least 400. It's a real pain in the butt to do on the Ender 3, seeing as the stock steps p/mm is set to 90 and turning the knob raises the value .01 mm at a time!I ended up putting some double sided tape on the knob face and used a motorized screwdriver to turn the knob. Still took forever.Be sure to save the new settings unless you're a masochist. The finished extruder is working without any issues. It feeds well, doesn't pinch, and is easily adjustable.Great product for the price.

THREE THUMBS UP
First a little background:I bought this extruder for my new CR10 which I plan to convert into a direct drive. I had previously purchased a clone V6 extruder/hot end combo but was not happy with it so I ordered this one. What I like about this extruder:1. You can see from the picture I uploaded that the filament guide is extremely close to the gears. This is good because it should make it a lot easier to print with flexible materials.2. The main gear is very well made, leveled and balanced.3. The injection molded housing feels solid and well made.4. My cloned V6 hot end fits nice and tight on this extruder. That’s a considerable improvement over the one that the hot end originally was packaged with.Thank you.

Clone of mediocre quality
TL;DRI would probably use these over a non-geared extruder. They’ve held up fine enough, and they’re no worse than all the other clones I’ve seen. You can do better though. Also, I know I didn’t get a “bad” one because I ordered two and they do the exact same thing.I’ve had a pair of these on a CTC Dual (Makerbot 2X clone) for a few months now. I also own a genuine version of this extruder on a different printer. This one has much looser tolerances and plastic where there should be metal. It boils down to some frustrations while loading/swapping filament, grinding and skipping where I never had it before, and just generally irritating noises on fast retractions and such. It’s a lot louder than the original.I would use a BMG extruder over this style normally, as they are far superior (genuine BMG or not). But since I needed two I opted for this style as it’s much cheaper and I thought would be easier to load/swap. With the sloppiness in the tensioner lever it’s nearly impossible to get the filament pushed through without catching on the Bowden tube lip, because no matter what I do I cannot get a flush seat of the tube.

A good value.
I bought two of these Titan extruder clones for my two Anycubic Kossel delta printers. Even though these are inexpensive (I paid $14.99 for each), I found that the parts were of good quality, and the assembly of both went fairly smoothly. No parts were missing, and both had assembly instructions. Interestingly, one of them came with an extra filament guide piece for 2.85mm filament. (Both had the guide piece for 1.75 mm filament.) The Titan that I installed on my Anycubic Kossel Linear Plus ran without any issues. As for the installation on my Anycubic Kossel Pulley version, I found that after colliding one of the pulley carriages with the Titan extruder, I needed to make a spacer for it. (I should have seen this after I installed it and before I started running, but I guess because I was up late doing this, I wasn't performing my best..) Nevertheless, once I installed it with the spacer, it worked perfectly. I have found that my new geared extruders work much better with some Colorfabb lightweight PLA filament that I have just started using. With this filament, since it actually expands after it leaves the extruder, I have been running it with an extrusion multiplier of 35%. My old, non-geared extruders would not run very smoothly at this low flow rate, due to the lower resolution of the stepper motor steps. With the 3:1 gear ratio of these Titan extruders, I am getting a much smoother resolution, since the motor steps per mm are essentially tripled in number. On the whole, I think these particular Titan extruder clones give you a really good bang-for-the-buck.

Works well with CR-10
I am deducting one star for lack of instructions. This titan clone has now been running 24/7 for more than a week without a single skipped step and so far I am very impressed with it . It is a lot better than the stock extruder (or the aluminum replacements extruders for that matter), and print quality is noticeably better.Be aware that replacing the stock extruder on CR-10 with this one requires some work; you need to print a mount as the one that comes with does not fit. In addition you need to invert the stepper motors in firmware or by swapping cables and change the steps per mm for the extruder. Around 420 seems to be a good starting value.

Best Titan Clone I Have Found
I recently picked up another printer and the stock titan clone extruder was horrible. So I went looking for a replacement. I was ready to buy an original E3D Titan when someone told me about this one from Redrex. I got it and immediately I could see the quality was much better than the stock one I was replacing. It included everything needed and installed easily, meshed gears properly, and fit perfectly. I have about 100hrs on it now. I have not experienced any clicking. It has not eaten any filament, in fact I haven't even found any of the typical filament trash in it. I am very happy with this extruder. It performs better than expected and I would recommend it to anyone.

Great extruder
The media could not be loaded. Good quality product, replaced my old original Titan extruder, so far no problems at all. The screw holes are a bit tight, and screws are a bit soft, so I guees they can be stripped easy when not using good quality hex bits, be careful. Don't forget to calibrate e-steps, mine was 27 more than with original titan, so there is some differences for sure.

Good extruder works flawlessly!
This is the second redrox extruder I have purchased and I am very happy with it. I am running the first one with a pancake stepper direct into a v6 clone and I have the second one for a bowden setup.

Works well
A little tricky to assemble but worth the effort.3:1 gear ratio means no more stuttering of feed through bowden cable.

Would buy again
All round Easy to install, esteps on the i3 mega come out to 438.12 with the oringal motor, screws are little soft but once there in there in, not had any problems with them since installing, only problem I have had was the big 52 tooth gear was slipping on the centre metal shaft, drop of superglue and its not done it since :)
