Dangerous SHARP METAL SHAVINGS everywhere and DEFECTIVE - **BUYER BEWARE** abhorrent “product”
Absolutely unacceptable. What an execrable “product”. I should be paid for having to waste my time and the mess it has made. How, unfortunate I have to waste time returning this rather than simply getting a refund and placing this garbage chair in the trash can.First impression opening box is not good, sharp metal shavings all over. More came out when I started assembling, multiple tablespoons worth fell out of the structure of the chair. Thanks so much for making my carpet a hazardous minefield.Despite this rocky start I decided to continue building it, the instructional diagrams are quite lacking but you can figure it out eventually… sort of.Except the last piece of course, was not not possible to assemble due to extremely shoddy craftsmanship; the two holes that hold the back of the chair were placed too far apart making it impossible to attach the back of the chair. Now I have wasted my time assembling a chair and also having to disassemble it, repackage it and drag it to the UPS store to send back.I also had to spend a good hour having to clean and use rare earth magnets to collect all the small metal fragments that this ungodly horrific product littered my house and carpet with. Here is hoping I got it all and didn’t damage my new vacuum cleaner. This chair should be removed from Amazon. And if it doesn’t get removed, POTENTIAL BUYERS - absolutely don’t purchase it. Maybe you’ll have better luck… but I doubt it.If it had the correctly aligned holes, was packaged better and was actually clean and free of sharp metal shavings the build quality would be okay ish given the price but… questionable design as far as adjustability. The chair is also missing a sleeve to cover the air spring so it exposes itself where you or a pet can accidentally touch it and get grease everywhere. If I could rate this product negative five stars I would. If the world was a just place, I deserve a refund plus some compensation for this nightmare. What a wasted evening.I recommend buying something else from a more reputable source.

Huge fan. Great chair!
Pros:-Padding is thick and firm on both seat and knee pads.-I love the that the angle of the seat is adjustable. This is a big deal. I had it wrong for the first couple days and had a little bit of lower back pain, but since I adjusted it, it's much better. Most of the chairs like this don't have that option and I'm glad this one does.- It prompts me to use better posture- Height adjustability works well and sets me up perfectly for my desk height.-The foot rests swivel (maybe because I didn't tighten them enough), but I like them that way.-Once you get this thing set up for your size/height, preferences, it's great.--The backrest is nice... it's far enough back that it's not used most of the time, but it's nice to have when leaning back for a stretch. Also, I haven't tipped over yet when doing this, so that's good!Cons:-I didn't find the assembly instructions very helpful. There was a QR code for a video that might have been more helpful, but I didn't bother. The written ones were not great, though.-Two wheels have wheel locks. I don't really care, but the locking mechanisms on these have some rather sharp pieces of metal right above the wheels that could easily hurt toes if not careful.-I could only get 3/4 screws to line up when mounting the footpad assembly to the frame, but the fourth one wasn't really necessary so it wasn't a factor.-The backrest is nice... it's far enough back that it's not used most of the time, but it's nice to have when leaning back for a stretch. Also, I haven't tipped over yet when doing this, so that's good!Overall, I'm a fan, especially for the price. The kids also think it's great and enjoy the alternative sitting position for homework and drawing. Give it a try!

Looks nice but incomplete screws and not so fitted attachments
Bought to help with proper posture nice chair to look at but the plastic that hold the backrest is i’ll fitted to the chair cushion is not fitting well and missing screw, video assembly helpful but better to just look at the picture and assemble using common sense

Missing parts
Chair went together pretty painless. Pictures on the instructions are alright but combine them with the photo from the listing and you shouldn’t have any issues.Unfortunately my kit was missing the parts to lock in the seat angle. Looks like the wing nut and whatever bar or bolt is supposed to go about between the spaces in the third picture. Will try to source them and update review once I’ve used the chair properly.Update: returning the chair. Was able to add a wedge under the seat to fix the angle but found the chair uncomfortable compared the the Amazon basics rocking kneeler.

Decent chair, godawful kit
This is the worst kit I have gotten from Amazon so far. Between the ridiculously parse instructions and the terrible packaging, this kit is 100% god-awful. If you are trying out chairs and aren't totally certain that this is a keeper, don't do it because you will never get this thing back in the box to return it. That said, it's the best kneeling chair I've found. So... Yeah... Not sure what the point of this review is other than to vent the rage built up trying to screw the THREE separate pieces together that hold the back on while also not scratching the finish every time it slips off. Hint: use a drill/driver instead of that infernal allen key. I really hate that I like the chair. Did I mention the massive wing-nut that you have to manually adjust to set the tilt angle but that you can't really get to because it sits so tightly between two struts that it won't turn? It would be comical if the need to adjust it didn't come right after you realize you should have adjusted it before putting anything together; except you don't know what the adjustment should be until it's all built and you can try it out. Really.. it's a terrible kit. But a pretty solid chair with good padding.
