I love this shirt!
I have never left a review for a clothing item before because, well, clothes are just clothes for me. But I feel differently about this shirt. I do a lot of winter hiking and also work outside. And this shirt has quickly become my essential go-to item for all outdoor activities.Because it is lightweight, it fits skintight without feeling the least bit constricting and no cold air gets between the shirt and your body. A perfect base layer. The mock turtle also fits perfectly on my neck. The shirt holds its shape after washing, and does not pick up body odors readily. If you're traveling, this shirt can be hand washed and dried in a jiffy.I've worn it for about 100 days since I bought it and washed it a handful of times and it is holding up fine. What more can I say. Love it and am buying three more.

Light and Functional
I have four of these 32Degree pullovers, two crew and two mock turtle necks. Didn't buy them for fashion, although they look good. They do what they're advertised to do, which is act as a warm underlayer. They are not windbreakers. You will need a shell for that. But they are better than a light sweatshirt because of the way they handle sweat, and better than multiple layers of other light tops, and are more comfortable. They have a 'silk' feel to them, have not as yet roughened or pilled from washing, though over time that may happen; I have not had them long enough to know.

Lightweight but warm mock turtleneck
After several disappointing attempts to find a warm turtleneck for winter weather, this was a welcome surprise. The fabric is thinner than expected but it’s fleecy enough to add significant warmth, particularly when worn under a flannel shirt, sweater or sweatshirt. It fits nicely but is not a compression garment, and the mock neck is properly sized. Alternatives I’ve tried had oversized baggy necks, strangely long arms or were super-tight and still gapped at the neck.

Snug fit, mock turtleneck.
Comfortable and light weight. Fit a little snug but I guess that's why it's called "heat". Great price.

Perfect for winter golf
This works well as a thin, warm, base layer for golf in the winter in SC. It's so thin, you could easily add a crew neck base layer on top of it, and then a heavier sweater, and it wouldn't be too bulky to swing a club. The good news is that it doubles for dress-up with a 1/4 zip sweater at night. The neck isn't too tight like many mock turtles, so hubby will actually wear it. This is a dark blue color, close to black.

extremely lightweight
The fabric of this shirt is so thin, you can see through it when you hold it up to the light. I would judge it suitable mainly for indoor wear. The Medium size is also tightly form-fitting and smaller than the crew neck Mediums I bought several years ago. The mock turtle neck collar of this shirt is quite tight, and I can barely get my head through it.
