Well built! Not a cheap non stick coating. I was a chef for 12 years and I really like this pan. It's beautiful, elegant and functional for daily use. I really like the design and to be honest that is what attracted me to it.But after I opened the box, I felt that it had weight, which is a positive for proper heat dispersal. The handle felt nice and balanced in my hand. Beautiful, real wood handle! I would recommend non-metal spatula or other cooking utensil for this pan as deep gouges will shorten the pan's lifespan. But I use it daily and for the last month and it showing no signs of wear (except where I had used a metal spatula once) Lesson learned.

This is my second pan. The first had a decent run, maybe 4 years or so. It would have made it longer but I dropped it and the handle shattered off. It was starting to have scratches, so you do have to be sure to wash it gently. The nonstick factor and ease of cleaning are exceptional. Highly recommend.

We have an induction range and have been using a very nice stainless pan for anything that requires a skillet. While nice, stainless often requires a lot of cleanup. We've been searching for a high quality, nonstick pan for quite some time and finally found it in the Waxonware skillet. It is superb. Food just doesn't stick to it and it is really easy to clean. Be sure to not overheat the skillet (we use the 'medium' setting on our range) and let it cool before washing it. The quality is amazing -- it's solid and just feels substantial without being overweight. We expect to get several years use from this Waxonware product and plan to purchase the griddle next.

very nice pan that works well on induction stove top. I am particular about the non-stick surfaces of my pans as I cook a lot of scrambled eggs for my family. It has held up well in the dishwasher and has maintained it's non-stick surface for about a year now which is longer than most of my previous pans. only gripe is the handle is tightened to the pan by a long screw. it has come a little loose over time and needs to be tightened occasionally.

I bought one previously and my son appropriated it. So I had to buy a new one. Do not use on high heat! heats fast and evenly on medium heat. Its a great, non-stick pan and lasts if you take care of it. And it's ok to use with an induction cooktop. The replacement came with a broken handle so I'm returning it. However, I've replaced it with the green 2 pc fry pan set that has metal handles. I love them!
