Product is nice but herbs get stuck and they don't flake out like the display picture shows

I used it for the first time. Although I dried the basil as best as I could, it did not shred it easily. Finally had to take out the basil. Next time I try to use it, I will wash the herb the day before and then see how it works.

This is a piece of junk. The plastic holding the cutter broke after using three times.
