Fabulous quality and cooks well.
High quality roasting / baking sheet. It is a great size for a meal for 4 and it cooks really well, I think it is great value for money and will buy another Falcon product soonl

Great pie pan
Loving this pan, I used same day it arrived. Cooked a chicken n bacon n leek pie. Easy to handle in and out of oven, even for me as I’m paralysed down one side, so only hold with the one hand. It cleaned£ up a treat, by just using soapy water. And nothing stuck. So impressive I’m getting another slightly smaller one for othe4 dishes.

Defective
This item was damaged on the corner, enamel chipped off. I sent it back, ordered a new one from a different seller, the same defective pan just arrived! In the process of returning it again.

Amazing tray!
Brilliant addition and once used, soak the tray and all stains come off with ease. Have used it for roasting and making one tray meals. Worth the purchase as this sort of enamel tin lasts!

Great pans, always useful; hard wearing, sturdy and tactile.

Perfect for tray bakes
I used this to make a sausage and fennel tray bake. I have made this many times in non stick roasting tins or ceramic dishes but the sausages never get as brown as I want. This pan cooked perfectly and is amazingly easy to clean - just a wipe under warm water. Ideal size for Rukmini Iyer's recipes.
