What does large format mean?

A 500 piece puzzle in large format takes up about the same space as 1000 standard pieces.

What are the dimensions of the completed puzzle?

Be careful here. We completed this puzzle and it is 27x20.5 I bought a frame for it and it doesn't fit now. I'll have to return this puzzle.

Can anyone tell me what that object is in the puzzle picture cozy retreat ? it's black & laying on the end of the couch, looks like goggles ?

I just put mine together. It appears to be a jacket with sherpa lining. Or a cat bed, but the fuzz isn't cat fur. Or it could be a pillow. Whatever it is, it's soft and the two round things on it look like fasteners rather than lenses.
