These are a great buy, great value comfort and quality. They are easy to put on and save spending money on a new set.

My earpads finally split after 7 months of extensive daily use, which is pretty decent considering the price and the comfort. I was also surprised that they actually improve the sound quality of the WH-XB900N's in comparison to the standard earpads Sony use, giving a slightly more 'open' midrange sound without sacrificing the bass or treble. Definitely recommend these as a quality replacement.Edit: While replacing the ear pads, I noticed that I'd failed to remove the protective plastic rings, which definitely contributed to the pads splitting. Had I removed them originally, I'm sure the pads would have lasted longer than the 7 months.

Comfortable and perfect fit

These feel quite substantial, just as good for comfort and noise cancelling as the original Sony pads. Not the easiest thing to put on, but that is a Sony design issue and not a fault of these ear pads. Once you have the knack they go on nice and easy. I managed to change them both in just a couple of minutes. The test will be to see how long they last. But very good so far.

These arrived without incident, were well-packaged, good value, and relatively easy to fit. You can see in the photo that the quality is not the same as the originals (seams, material, central fabric, etc.), so I don't know how long they'll last. The fabric/mesh in the middle is thinner, which probably impacts the sound quality, but I've not noticed much difference. The pads are quite stiff but being new, it's expected. They're not uncomfortable and my ears are usually pretty sensitive. I'm impressed by how easy they were to replace, and I'm happy with how they look and that they've prolonged the life of my beloved Sony WH-XB900N headphones - thank you! :)
