Item came great except for zipper being broken. About 2 uses and the battery part came off. HOWEVER this vibrating massage pillow can fold and mold to any area of the body and it helped my son whom is special needs fall asleep. With the help of an email and reaching out a new one is on the way. I can’t thank them enough and look forward to our new one because if I can buy them all I would these are great pillows everyone in my home wants their own. Work in a social needs class room and got it for a student. He loved it but he dropped it and it just stopped working. It has only been 24 hrs since I received it.

I've had so many of these that I've lost count. They do stop working, well before the one year warranty ~ which I found out about by contacting Special Supplies on the internet. They keep replacing them, for which I'm grateful, because this thing is my only way to relax and relieve neck pain. It works so well that I can't be without it. It's around my neck every night and literally sends me to the best sleep ever. I've looked at others and just can't find any that measure up to these for comfort and softness. I also have a different brand with the hard, knobby massagers, and don't like it. I just wish these were made to last.

I bought this for my nine-year-old grandson who has autism. We look for things that are sensory, soothing, and appealing, as well as long lasting hopefully. When Asher turned on the device with it around his neck, we got a beautiful smile. He can wrap it partway around his waist he can put it up and down against him. He can put it on his face and under his arm. It just spins and all kinds of directions. It’s about 2 1/2 feet long. The fabric covering it is just wonderful, soft and comforting and just I chose the blue and it is just so appealing. Every item that pleases Asher is a home run and we are so grateful for this wonderful new tool in his toolbox of soothing devices. Sign me a happy grandmother!

I purchased this product to provide sensory support to babies going through drug withdrawal. I have been saying for years that I was going to find SOMETHING that would do the job. I was excited when I found this product because it reminds me of positioners used oftentimes for sick babies. They fact that it bends is great! After taking the washable cover off to inspect the inside materials and then putting the cover back on, I noticed 2 things: 1) I hadn't yet put batteries in it and it was impossible to tell how to line the buttons on the inside up with the buttons on the cover-i just guessed and 2) once the cover was back on, it didn't seem to want to keep the tight "U" shape. The sides seemed to "sag" outward. I'm hoping that maybe when I put the cover on, it ended up twisted causing that the happen. My BIGGEST aggravation with the product and the reason I gave such few stars is the fact that it states that the cover is washable. This is true. However, the foam underneath the cover is not washable. I would like to see the company add either a waterproof liner to the cover or use a wipeable material instead of foam or cover the foam with a wipeable material. I was looking forward to really liking this product; so much, that I would have ordered more. If one person uses this for an extended period of time, the foam will get disgusting. My plan-to use for one for multiple babies-is nearly impossible because it has to be disinfected between babies. But, where there's a nurse, there's a way.

I chose this because of the on off button. I didn't want a pressure activated vibration, my child doesn't understand that. This is perfect! And the button is easy for her to turn on and off herself. This was a great buy.

Is not very comfortable, the foam latex it is made from is too hard, especially if used around neck. Can barely feel the vibration.

On/off button and mode button stopped working after only using it a handful of times

Stopped working after first battery change. Company corrected the issue with a free replacement.
