These mugs are well made and for a double skinned stainless steel mug not at all bulky. I have found that heat retention is much improved with the lid in place. The seal on the lid is efficient and renders the item water tight, therefore minimising any accidental spillage. Needless to say it keeps cold drinks cold as well. I suppose if there was a gripe it would be that the presentation box is quite flimsy and underwhelming, however you don’t drink out of the box, so just a minor observation. Although more expensive than some of its rivals I think it is money well spent for quality, A’s shift though for presentation get the packaging a little more zippy, some buyers could be put off by the presentation.

Absolutely love these mugs:) Wished I had bought them forty years ago! Did they exist then?! Lol. Highly recommend them, keep your coffee warm your cool drinks cool and somehow water tastes better in them!
