I read about the benefits of magnesium related to sleep, brain health, total body health, etc. and elected to try this item out. As a rule, I stay away from general supplements that are not recommended by my physicians, so after discussing magnesium with my doc, I gave them a try. The first night I slept like I needed, waking up at the normal time, feeling great. As for the brain health aspect, at 73 years old, I really do feel I have increased and improved memory recall, but overall, I feel I am doing a good thing which complies with my general workout regime and healthy eating protocall. Paired with some beetroot supliment this helped bring my blood pressure to a normal level. I get really mellow and calm off of one of these. Relaxation is noticeable!
