S-Acetyl Glutathione is definitely the strongest antioxidant at a high dose 300mg
I used to have to take 3 capsules to get 300mg a day but I started using the maxlife one and only 1 cap a day, still feel clean as ever, super bioavailable with the S-acetly bonded on the Glutathione, it's the only type of Glutathione I will take since I started using Glutathione supplements 4 years ago and I can honestly say it's made my body and mind feel better than ever on a daily basis, I can always tell when I skip a couple of days of not taking it, my energy is off and I just feel like my body isn't processing things as well. Great potency and value. There are no obvious physical differences, but this is to be expected. This is, after all, a dietary supplement and not an enhancer. Glutathione is a great antioxidant according to scientific literature. I expect that it is doing the job well. I appreciate the capsule is not animal sourced as well.

It’s not horrible, but not as good as the previous brand I tried. I’m trying a different product once I’m done with this bottle. The capsules are small, which is definitely a huge plus for me.

I bought this for the benefits it does on the skin. The S-Acetyl L-Glutathione is absorbed better than regular Glutathione in our body. My skin has brightened and it is glowing. I'm about to purchase my 2nd bottle as I'm satisfied with the results I had on my 1st bottle. I'm not a medical expert just sharing what I noticed on my skin. Again everybody is different. It is always best to follow your doctor's advice.
