Works as advertised, keep in mind this is for the exterior (outside portion) of the door only
This worked well for us. We just needed to replace the hardware on the EXTERIOR of our front door due to sun damage and fading that had occurred over 10 years. This item contained a lot of spare parts, but they all serve the function of replacing the handle set for the exterior of the door. If you need the interior pieces too, then order the package with both. When resetting the lock, make sure to follow the directions exactly as it is worded.

Beautiful handleset!
Bought this to replace my existing Kwikset door set. My interior set worked beautifully with the new exterior setup. No need to redrill anything!

NOT functional
Beautiful product. Except that it is not functional as it is only the exterior handle and deadbolt. It doesn't even come with the necessary screws to attach to existing interior. Additionally, the deadbolt and handle don't fit with existing interior hardware. It does mention this in the description however. I can't think of a single reason this would be useful except to trick customers out of money.
