bad product and bad seller
don't recommend buying this product or from this seller. I purchased this and it broke in half while in use. asked for a replacement and was initially approved. got broken item to ready to send out but replacement was cancelled with no explanation and now they want me to pay to return it. inferior product and inferior seller. do not recommend and definitely will never buy from again.

Buy a good glue gun and glue sticks
The key is to buy a glue sticks meant for this as well as a quality glue gun not the craft ones.
