Have no idea if it unclogs toilets or sinks, but it repairs drill bits damaged by aluminum buildup amazingly well. By leaving the bits in a solution of water and Lye overnight, even Drill Flutes totally clogged with aluminum were completely free. Saving me major $ and headaches. It's amazing how fast this product works. I've tried this over a month ago and my drains are still nice and clean and unclogged and the water goes down fast. It was really neat to watch as well how would bubbles. That's how you know it's working. I did boil a very large pot of water to pour on top of the product while in the drain. It worked like a charm
