It's not perfect and it's definitely not a high-end unit, but it does the job and does so admirably. I have not the cushion off the headset two or three times, and I know that eventually it will tear due to the construction, however, a little more caution and it'll certainly last a while. Audio quality seems top notch from what I can tell. The microphone switch does have a little play in it, and I have on two occasions noticed that I'm muted when I didn't realize I was muted.
