I bought these 6 months ago cause I always listen to music or a podcast to fall asleep, my wife prefers no noise when sleeping, and AirPods were hurting my ears when I slept on my side. These are pretty cheap and I honestly didn’t expect them to work great and thought they’d probably stop working pretty quickly. But I’ve really enjoyed them! They connect easily, have good, clear sound, and are pretty comfortable once I got used to sleeping in a headband. I’ve worn them almost every night for 6 months now and they still work great! I don’t really know how long the charge lasts, so that’s the one thing I can’t really speak to. It works good for what I need, which is a few hours at a time. I usually just plug it in when I wake up in the morning and unplug my phone, so I charge it before each use but could probably go up to a few days in between charging and be fine. Overall, definitely worth it for me

Edited to add 5th star because I have been able to get some excellent sleep for a year and a half (and the headphones are still going strong). I use them every single night, often waking for our puppy or our geriatric dog and falling back to sleep with them more than once a night. The battery charge lasts forever. They are soft and comfy so I forget they are even on. And more than once, that aforementioned puppy has nabbed them on her way out of our bedroom and had a bit more fun with them than they are intended (pretty sure they are not rated as tug toys), but they still work every single night. I am only here because if they stop working before I have a back up set, I will have a pretty rough couple nights. I would love if they can moderate the 'power on, connected' voice, because its so jarring and loud, but otherwise they are great. Def worth the money. OG review: I am a light sleeper and have a busy mind, so I like to sleep with some white noise. That doesn't mean my husband wants to listen too. For a while I used regular earbuds till I hurt my ear just enough to learn my lesson on sleeping with earbuds in. Lucky for me, no permanent damage. Figured I would give this a go, purely for that purpose (though I may try it on walks this winter). The headband is super soft, comfy overall, if a bit warm at times, and has decent sound quality. Good enough for falling asleep to spooky stories from Be Busta at least. 😉 My only beef is that the voice when powering on/off and connecting is super loud. Like, never ever put the thing on and then power it on. You will regret it. And hope that it doesn't disconnect while you are sleeping or you will wake in a hurry. Luckily that's only happened once so far. Its a bit too warm to wear working out, unless there is snow on the ground IMHO. But its not bulky or heavy. Generally it stays put st least long enough to fall asleep. Money well spent for a good night's sleep anyway.

I bought this for my wife, and she absolutely loves it. She uses it almost every night and says it's comfortable to wear, blocks out light well, and helps her relax while falling asleep. The battery life has been good, and connecting it to her phone was quick and easy. The only downside is that the sound quality isn't amazing. It's perfectly fine for listening to music, audiobooks, or sleep sounds, but don't expect the same audio quality you'd get from a good pair of dedicated headphones. Overall, the comfort and convenience more than make up for the average sound quality. If you're looking for something to help you relax or fall asleep without disturbing your partner, this is a great purchase.

I bought these to connect to my tv so that I could watch TV without disturbing my wife at night and these work perfectly. The battery lasts a long time, they're loud enough to hear what Im watching but quiet enough not to disturb her. Comfortable to be wearing if I doze off. Sounds quality isnt superb but it's not bad honestly. They're not noise canceling, so if thats what youre looking for I would look elsewhere. The headband is stretchy enough to fit anyone. They are compatible with my tv and phone, are we're super easy to figure out.

I have used sleep headphones for years. I've been using this one since October 2025. This one fits well and the sound quality is good. It is comfortable to wear and a charged battery lasts a couple of nights for me. The biggest criticism I have, and it is a big one, is that the volume level is adjusted in degrees or increments rather than on a sliding scale. You tap the volume buttons and it will increase or decrease in noticeable steps. I would prefer a sliding/gradual volume as some other headphones allow (Peytong). The problem is that there is a huge difference between the smallest level (i'll call it "1") and level "2" (the next loudest) level. Level 2 is too loud to listen to for sleeping and level 1 is too soft. There are no in-between settings. Since everyone's hearing is different, this may not be an issue for many but it is for me. I have a Peytong headphone set which has a sliding adjustability for volume so I can dial in exactly the volume I want. But the speakers are thicker and not as comfortable when side sleeping as is this Musicozy model. I would give this a 5 out of 5 if the volume was much more adjustable.

love mine. This is my second one. I use it a lot and always have one charged and ready to go. Sometimes I fall asleep with them on and just pull them over my eyes to block out the light. Easy to use and fast charge and comfortable. Great for the price.

My husband had gifted me the adjustable bad sleep version. I never listen to anything when I go to sleep, but I do always wear a sleep mask. I found that I use it for some meditation/hypnosis sessions prior to bed, and I like to have light blocked out when I do so. Make it nice for that. But I decided I wanted something similar that I could wear when I dont want to cover my eyes. I looked to see if Music Cozy had any, and sure enough they do. The unit inside (speaker plus control box) absolutely can all come out. I find it easier on this than the sleep one I have. They also carry just the unit itself for purchase. I'm pleased with the sound. Really sounds pretty darn good. And the comfort. Just feels like a lightweight headband, something I already often wear. It does not feel like there are speakers in it. Would be totally unnoticeable if this head band had the controls at nape of neck instead of at forehead. Anyway, I dont use earbuds, and this is so much nicer. Not sure how it holds up to sweat, but we will find out. I have a big head, 23.75", and this fits fine. Plenty of stretch, doesnt feel tight to me. I put it on and adjusted it first to situate on my ears, then I put rest into place. I think this might be a spot of trouble for some people. Noise cancellation? It really isnt that style. I can definitely hear the music just fine, and it supersedes anything else in the room. But I am not blocked from the sounds around me. When I have this going and take it off, I dont hear sounds coming from it. That is nice to know.. that only I can hear what I am listening to. So yeh, it has to be directly on ears. Wont hear anything with band around neck or something. Going with 5 stars because it meets or exceeds my expectations.

I am incredibly happy with this purchase! This headband is so soft and comfortable that I honestly forget I'm wearing it. I've tried over-the-ear headphones and earbuds before, but nothing compares to this. The Bluetooth 5.4 connection is rock solid, and the fabric is breathable and so gentle on my skin. The sound is amazingly crisp and crystal clear! I also love the battery life; it is so simple to use and has become a staple in my nightly routine. It's rare to find a product that works exactly as promised, but MUSICOZY sleep headphones truly exceed my expectations. I'm finally getting a good night's rest, and they're even perfect for my daily walks, so durable, and I will be a forever customer with this product. Fiquei surpresa. É bem bom. Apesar de os fones não ficarem exatamente no local dos meus ouvidos (um dos lados fica um pouquinho mais afastado), funciona bem. O som é bom. Não machuca. Valeu a pena a espera.

Es cómodo, el sonido está acorde al precio, no lo uso para correr porque siento que tendría que estar lavándolo continuamente y no quiero tener que estar metiendo y sacando los audífnos pero para dormir es muy cómodo y funcional.

Enjoy using it - better than the head-set

Love these headphones for my beach walks and in bed. They are comfortable, easy to use and charge quickly. Ive had the same pair for over a year and I’ve recently purchased my second pair because the band has stretched from overuse and doesn’t fit as snug as it used too but still in perfect working order. These headphones were one of the cheapest on the market but have proven to be superior quality.
