It feels very cozy and relaxing if you keep the temperature stable vs jumping from one level to another. I also found that this sauna blanket is great to use after long distance biking/running - it has a workout recovery effect (I keep my sessions short here - 15-20 minutes). I keep the blanket in the closet, so I can easily reach it anytime. I absolutely love my SAUNA blanket - it is my new favorite place to rest and relax after a long day before bedtime.
