I was recommended to get heel lifts like these by my doctor when I injured my achillies tendons. I love these ones and they have done wonders in aiding my recovery. The honeycomb design gives them enough flexibility to be comfortable but are strong enough to give good support and they don't squish down over time.They have lasted longer than all the other ones I have tried and I've bought them in a few different sizes for my different shoes.Highly recommend.

As you get older, you get wider, which makes you look shorter. If you need a boost in height, these are amazing. You just stick them in your shoe and magically you're 2cm taller! Not a lot but just enough to give you a tiny confidence boost. And they're very comfortable too. The only issue is, the fabric that covers them starts to peel off after just one day.

Just give the right amount of heel lift and cushioning, to keep my plantar fasciitis at bay! Would recommend. Plus they can be stuck to your shoe, to prevent it moving around.

Decent lift and comfort, but they slipped forward badly in my trainers.There's no adhesion and nothing to stop them moving - so I found them unwearable.

Very comfortable, providing support and softness, with gentle graduation to give seamless, smooth and even feel between insole and inside of shoes. I prefer these half-insoles to full-length insoles as they do not squash the toes. Stayed in place. Feel good quality.

Too narrow and slip in shoes. Very uncomfortable

Sometimes we all wish we were taller especially if your 5"6 . My trainers already adds a cm or 2 to my height but with these insoles , not only do people notice the height increase but it is very comfortable and the added comfort of it was a purchase well earned.

I have, for so many years struggled with shoes pressing on my Achilles’ tendon. These insoles give that slight lift so I no longer have shoes causing me problems. I am so pleased. If anyone has similar problems I really recommend giving these a go

not comfy in my shoes

My Dr. recommended getting 1” heel inserts, as I discovered one leg is slightly shorter than my other which was causing pain. These arrived within a few days, and from the moment I tried them, my pain is gone. In fact, they are so comfortable, that this is the 3rd pair I have bought. Can’t have too many, so don’t have to keep switching from shoe to shoe. I’ve tried the orthotics ($400) my other Dr recommended, but these alleviated my pain faster. I will definitely purchase these again!

Put them in my Uggs. They are making sole not so flat and more comfortable for walking.

There's a sturdiness under my feet, yet this lift is gentle on the Achilles tendon. Easy to wear.
