Roni Horn: Cabinet Of

This is by far the most pretentious piece of artistic garbage I have ever viewed in my 40+ years on this planet. The book features the headshots of one clown taken 36 times and edited in various ways, that's it and it’s not even done well. A child or someone that has never touched a camera could do a better job. Oh, and don't be fooled into thinking you are purchasing a full book either, 45 pages of the 80-page book are completely blank, for the mathematically challenged, that's 56.25% of a book completely void of any content.The idea that this book's RRP is $70 is the real joke, mine was priced at $21 and still I feel ripped off, even at $10 this book is a complete waste of money. I am all for artistic expressionism and I appreciate art is subjective but do yourself a favour and DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK, that is unless you have a thing for poorly photographed distorted clown faces, this is perfect for you if you are into that artistic genre, otherwise, there are a multitude of better artistic books out there.I have never been so disappointed by a book!

Superbes photos dans ce livre.....Des tableaux...Je ne connaissais pas Roni Horn, j'ai vu l'expo à la prison d'Avignon, c'était magnifique.....
