It's extremely sturdy (doesn't budge an inch - I'm 140lbs). It's the must comfortable "bed" I've ever slept on. And when it's chilly, I "preheat" it about an hour before bedtime & set the timer for two hours. Toasty to fall asleep, find off soon enough to not wake up sweaty during the night. (FYI, I use the lowest heat - this thing can get HOT!
