Ich dachte, es gibt neue Erkenntnisse oder neue Techniken der Autorin, wenn sie neue Bücher schreibt, bin aber nicht fündig geworden... kenne alles aus ihrem Buch "wired for joy" von 2010!Allerdings schön zusammengefasstNothing new compared to the book from 2010, but nicely comprised in a smaller format!

A book that really helps in times of pandemic stress
This book really helps!Perhaps the biggest weakness(?) of this book is that it is written in such a simple and easy- to- understand way that it is hard to believe it's so powerful and effective!Many thanks to the autorin, who has condensed her life long work of EBT in this compact book.

Better than 12 steps on certain addictions!!
Life changing. This method is the best compliment to 12 step programs ive ever encountered. It actually rewires certain addictions better than the 12 steps!! I never in my lifetime thought i would say that!! This book is just a small pond in the ocean of EBT. Pursue the ocean. You will not regret it!

Oversimplified...
Very confusing and over simplified approach. I would not recommend this to anyone suffering with anxiety or depression.

Applied neuroscience made simple!
This book explains much about human nature in a simple to understand way... And it gives hope by showing you tools that anyone can learn to improve their life, and to help others to do the same. When people get stuck in a lower brain state ( number), it can become dangerous! We're seeing more and more of this these days. I recommend you read this book while you're stuck home during the COVID-19 Pandemic!
