Poorly Made
Plastic holding the water bottle around the cap broke during a run so it’s unusable now after 3 months. Strap is too large. I’m 6’ 205 and have decent size hands. I read previous reviews saying the strap was too large thought maybe those people just have small hands. Nope, the strap was indeed large. Could I get it to work yes, but I should have been able to tighten it a little more and get a better fit. Don’t buy.

Only Shade of This Pink I Could Find
*500 ml Version*Love this soft pink as it’s not fluorescent and blinding - bonus is it matches my running clothes. It functions the way it’s supposed to - though it’s not one of those squeeze shot bottles, it is just a normal water bottle with the pull out nozzle. It’s not as convenient as the latter I mentioned. The construction and design of where you’re supposed to place your hand is a bit awkward since I have small hands - but it’s not enough for me to want to return it.I did ensure I selected the 500 ml version with the see-through screen for your smart phone. The smaller version bottle DOES NOT have this and is a totally different design.I intend to use this for my longer runs over 7 miles (~14km).

Hand strap too long/big
Wished I could have loved this, but you are unable to tighten the hand strap after a certain point, so if you do not have large hands (I think mine are normal sized - I wear M to L women's sized gloves) the strap doesn't help you and you have to grip the bottle tightly. The pocket holds my iPhone 8 Plus without a problem. Would have been great if the strap could be tightened more. I didn't have this problem with a previous UD handheld water bottle, but I had wanted one that holds my phone as well for shorter runs.

Ok for the very short run
It’s a pretty small bottle, good for a 5-10k tops. Pocket fits my iPhone X with its case however it is not useable when zipped up. It’s material & a zipper over the screen, not a clear touch screen plastic like it shows in the picture. The phone bounces too.

Cap leaked from the start
Handheld water bottles are notorious for having leaking caps. This one is no exception, it leaked from the first step of my first run with it until my run was over. Very disappointing.
