The bag is adorable and will definitely make your daughter happy, there was an issue but the company fully took care of it, wonderful

There are pieces on the bookbag that have already broken, including where the backpack clips onto the wheels. On the lunch bag, one of the handles is already frayed at the end. It's unfortunate because it is a very cute product but not for every day school use.

My granddaughter uses this for school. Her backpack was very heavy. Now she said it’s much easier. She doesn’t have to carry weight. It comes with matching lunch box. She just pulls it. I would highly recommend this item.

I was taken aback as it didn't come with any instructions.1. U hv to insert pull handle after loosening screws where u r inserting the bars to base.2. It's beautiful, great quality definitely, but the stand n wheels r so bulky, definitely can't use as back pack when attached....it shallows my Itty bitty 2.8 year old.3. Loads of space,4. Dear daughter loves it, same ish height with minimouse one just big difference when u attach wheels.I got the 3 wheel one, very smooth n steady. Guess she can grow into the whole bigger picture.

Cute and she loves the shoulder bag but after 2 months of school it's already falling apart.

My daughter love it and it is strong

The product is cute though the quality is awful. The lunch bag was tossed around like a normal kid treats a lunchbox and it had holes after the first week of school. The backpack zippers blew out and the return window has passed. The quality of this backpack is terrible. If it would have lasted six months I would have been happy but literally it lasted a month. The material is like a vinyl, it tears and faded. The trolley pinched my daughters fingers Alf the metal bends when trying to put the handle down. I would not recommend this brand or type of backpack if you are looking for a quality, durable, or sturdy backpack. This was a waste of money.

Our tiny traveller loved pack and repacking many times before vacation. Lots of pockets to keep you organized. Would have fit under the seat in the airplane if we hadn’t stuffed it full :)

My daughter uses it for school. She doesn’t have to carry heavy backpack anymore. I do wish that the pockets for water bottles on the sides were deeper though.
