The vest fits good around my chest area, but is very lose around my waist area. It gets the job done as it increases how much I sweat.

Too short, comes up and is uncomfortable - I suppose if you look like a model it would be fine - another thought was to cut off the bottom 4 inches. but then it wouldn't zip so I donated it.
