Core Force with Anni Mairs

Good core work out
I have a few of the force work outs with Anni. As others indicated her voice and comments can be annoying, yet I enjoy the workouts. Theyare constantly changing.she uses light weights with more aerobics givingyou a better cardio work out. In this workout she does a-lot of changing between ab floor work outs and step for cardio with light weights. I combine Anni work outs with Jeri Love strength and cardio workouts. I gave this a 5star as it is an intermediate work out that goes by quickly. As a core work out I never feel sore the next day. My core only feels a little tighter. For me the music grows on you, it compliments the workout.

Lots of variety
For some reason I thought this was going to be a lightweight program.Attempted the whole 50 minutes and was very much feeling it.

Good workout. Prefer Life Force more.
Annie Mairs leads this workout with one background exerciser. She does a series of moves designed to work the core for one minute each. Some moves are cardio, others strength. Some moves you do standing, others on the floor. She does a good job leading the workout: she cues well, she is encouraging, she is descriptive about what she wants you to do. The workout flows well.I am not a big fan of core workouts. It's just a personal preference, nothing to do with the workout. I like Life Force, another one of her workouts with the same general format, better. It gives more of a cardio effect. But, if you are looking for a core workout, this is a good intermediate core workout.
