It's too bad. Such a nice looking garbage can. Until you realize that the bag sticks out of the sides when you put it in. It ruins the whole look of it. The inside bin is mounted flush with the outside, so when you put a garbage bag in, it sticks out of the sides. No way to fix that. And, then, it looks ugly.

Great garbage can. Many reviewers complain about the bag being visible. If you want to avoid that, also purchase the simplehuman 8-10 gallon bags. There is a thin line, but they fit perfectly snug to the can and don’t puff out like some of the photos shared here.

I absolutely love the design and the way this looks but the slow close mechanism broke weeks after I got it. I was able to fix it but my recommendation is to be careful taking garbage out as it seems a little fragile. otherwise, it’s easy to clean and use and looks good. definitely not worth as much as it is though.

La capacidad es muy buena. Lo usamos en la cocina y la tapa sella perfectamente, evitando olores. Se desmonta el contenedor y eso permite lavarlo muy fácilmente. La pintura exterior es antihuellas, a menos que se ensucie con grasa. El pedal facilita su uso.

I love everything about this garbage can - the colour, rounded edges, height and easy to remove inner bucket. I especially like that my dog can no longer nose through the garbage and make a mess on the floor!!
