The material is soft, lightweight, but not see through, and flowy and perfect for Spring, Summer and /or Fall. Since it is lightweight , i wouldn't recommend it for Winter, at least in cold, northern areas. The colors are absolutely beautiful and the variety of colors makes it very versatile. It’s the perfect length for my 5’4 height and hits right at my ankles so I’m not stepping on it or tripping over it. I can’t wait to wear this with a cute tank top or blouse. I don’t have a flat stomach but this skirt is flattering with its high, elastic waist.
