Absolutely tiny!
Seems like an ok book, I didn't find any enlightening or wise advise but there are bite size positivity tips you can read in under a minute. It's the size of a tissue packet, quite literally pocket size. Great if you want the simplest positive affirmations that fit in almost any pocket. Not so much for anything profound.

A great little book to fight negativity and low mood thoughts.
I purchased this book as a gift for a friend who is currently going through a hard time. I actually own this book myself and have been using it myself for many years. There are 159 pages of positive affirmations by the author Susan Jeffers who also wrote Feel the Fear and do it anyway. (Another great book!) This little book and yes it is a very small book, can easily pop it in your handbag has a lot of helpful ideas and advice to combat negative thinking.

Tiny book of happiness
I use this book for one of my assessments about self help and I recommend this book. Itβs a lovely book of words and very interesting and the best thing about this book is that itβs small..you can take it anywhere with you!

Read Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway first.
This is a great summary of Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway. I wouldn't have found it as helpful had a not already read her FTFADIA book.
