It finally died and when I wrote to the company to find out about a replacement or refund based upon their stated 24 month warranty I heard nothing. The customer service number is in China. Who is going to call China long distance to get support? Not me. So I have a non-working dehumidifier and no way to get any kind of support or refund or replacement.
