I can not say enough great things about this product. First of all, shipping was incredibly quick. It came much faster than the estimated delivery date which was very appreciated. Next, this is an incredibly well made product. It is heavy and sturdy. It came packaged well with a nice brochure about the family company that hand makes these branding irons. For my husband who loves to grill, it was the perfect, fun, and unique gift. So far he has used it on buns, steaks, and pork chops. It works exactly as described. An all around amazing product, with wonderful customer service, and at a great price. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I ordered this item about a week and a half before Christmas. It was going to take weeks to arrive, almost the 2nd week in January. Amazingly I received it days before and in time for Christmas!
