It was actually remarkably easier to install than I thought it would be (at least without hardwiring it). The display has on/off, heating temperature, and timer. Overall seems made well.

I've used this for about a month and so far seems to work really well. It gets really hot at its max setting but is not dangerous. And the screen is easy enough to use. Installing went okay. The drywall anchors could have been better. I used the recommended drill size and two of them spun in the hole when I inserted the screw. Wedged a few toothpicks in to the anchor and that tighten them up. But I would use a smaller drill bit next time.

The media could not be loaded. I wish I ordered it earlier for the direct wiring rather than the plug in, it would have dressed it up a lot nicer. - that’s just on me.Assembly was simple once I understood how it went together. Comes with a QR link to a quick YouTube video.My only critique is that the screws that they send with the drywall anchors are slightly undersized. Meaning, when I tightened it down, it didn’t take much to strip out in the anchor. However, I still used them and it’s definitely enough to hold itself and towels, but if you want that extra security, use your own anchors and screws.The touch screen is nice looking, but a little slow to react to my finger sometimes. Let’s just say that it is not going to be like the touch screen on your phone.Overall I like it. It heats up quick and does a good job while looking amazing.

I live in a verrry humid environment and my bathroom is basically outside so I use this to dry my towel everyday and it works wonderfully. The timer is nice cause I can shower and set the timer to dry the towel then shut off if I'm not gonna be home

There is nothing like a stepping out of a shower on a cold morning into a hot towel. Magnificent. push one button at least a half hour before your shower and viola! I've seen no difference in my electric bill.

This only lasted 2 years and now it doesn’t work at all. Disappointed. Won’t buy again

I was initially excited about this towel warmer because of its sleek, stylish appearance, but I quickly became disappointed with its performance. Even after leaving it on for hours, my towels barely got warm, which was frustrating. The installation process was also a headache - the instructions didn’t match the parts, and it took much longer to set up than expected. After just a few months of use, the unit stopped working entirely. While it looks great in my bathroom, the poor heating performance and quality issues make me regret this purchase. I wouldn’t recommend it.
