All The Ways I Love You: Recordable StoryBook

The book itself is wonderful and was a big hit with our grand daughter but when we received the book it was dented in the corner - the box it was shipped in was in tact. Also, we placed the order 8 February and received it on 3 March which was the very last day of their projected time frame to ship. This was too long for shipping in my opinion since I have purchased many items in the lower 48 and have received them in less time. Do not recommend the company that shipped due to the long time and the book was dented. Higher rating if the product was in better shape and the shipping was a bit quicker.

The quality is great; whether it is with the workmanship of the book or the actual quality of the stories. It is physically very durable in quality, which is great for my autistic grandson who likes to hear the stories over and over. The book can take the beating, as I bought another Hallmark a few years ago for this very grandchild. I made the mistake of buying a cheaper recordable for Christmas 2013 for my grandson, due to prompting from my current partner to buy cheaper. Hence, I made two mistakes. Listening to my partner as well as purchasing a cheaper grade of book. I landed up having to take the book back and bought a Hallmark replacement. It cost me more in the long run by the time I had to take the cheap book back and ship the Hallmark book back to him. I will listen to myself in the future and stick with Hallmark; as long as they continue to lead the market in the quality of recordable books.

my husband is in the military and is gone for a few months at a time, we recently had a baby girl and we decided this would be a good way for her to be able to still hear his voice, it was kind of a pain to get it to record correctly and it doesn't work very well if your reading in low light but it served its purpose. and i have had to replace the batteries in it once and i didn't lose the reading so that was great! my daughter really loves this book.

I loved this opportunity to tell my granddaughter a story and be able to add whatever I wanted in addition to the words in the book. My daughter does have to be a little careful when "reading" it about the lighting in the room which affects the way the audio works. But otherwise, a pretty cool thing. And I added all sorts of "other" things to the story. Made it even more personal.

This sole concept of this book is really amazing. To be able to read to my daughter even when Im not by her side is priceless. Granted, the book is very basic, 2 scentnce per page type of book but the message is very touching and special. I was worried that I would have to sit and record the entire book without a pause in between but was pleasantly surprise to find that each page is recorded one by one and if you go through the book and find that you want to re-record a certain page none of the other recorded pages are affected :)Overall this was a great purchase.**Note- the book comes with USB port to upload & save your recording on the Hallmark website**

I love the idea of this book for my daughters grandmother to record for her. When it came in, the batteries were corroded so I had to return it and unfortunately do not get to use it.

I bought this for my son while I was on deployment with the US Army. I sent it to myself, recorded my voice and sent it home. It was a BIG hit...for about 1 minute at a time. My son was just over a year so he'd look at it, flip the pages and then open another book. Either way, I loved the idea and he did enjoy the 2 or 3 half pages he listened to.Only thing I would recommend is to lock the device after you record your voice. I didn't read this part until after I shipped it home and 2 pages lost my voice.

I was really excited to get this book for my 7 month old daughter. She gets really bad separation anxiety when I leave her, so I thought hearing my voice with this book would help her! Well, I rate it 3 stars for these reasons. The recording sounds like you are in a tin can...it almost hurts to listen to it and there is no volume control. Second, I think its light activated. I noticed if there isn't enough light in the room the book will not work. This is a problem because most of us read to our children in dim light, and our lamp was not good enough to make it work...very inconvenient. Third, the COST! $30. It seemed worth it at the time, but considering the light issue and how it sounds.. I don't think I should have spent even $15 on it. I may return it...just not sure yet.

This was good - A little difficult to figure out but eventually I did it. Our grandson likes it - that's what natters.

We love this book,and excited to give it to our grand daughter for Christmas, we enjoyed doing the recording and found the instructions easy to follow.

We bought this for our 4 yr old granddaughter’s birthday!We loved doing the recording together.The sound is pretty darn crisp and clean.Granddaughter loves it 💕Highly recommend:-)
