I’ve used this product for many years or relief from cramps in my arm, hands and legs. It’s never failed easy to use although it taste kinda vinegary. It’s tolerable when you drink it and works quickly. The package arise damaged all three bottles had drained the pouch and had to be replaced, which was done quickly. All in all I recommend this product highly

I have been using this product almost daily for a couple of years now for night leg cramps. It works and it works fairly fast. If you do not like the taste of vinegar you will not like the taste, but it sure beats a bad leg cramp. I do not mind the taste myself if I take it in some water or a little grapefruit juice. Don't try a capful straight!My latest purchase was damaged in shipping (first time this has happened with this product). It comes in a bubble envelope. Each bottle has a seal under the cap and is shrink wrapped. The three bottles are the shrink wrapped together. One bottle was damaged to the point that product was lost and had soaked the other bottles and inside the envelope and got all over my shirt when fetched into the house. The second bottle was squished in at the bottom, but had not leaked. The third was okay, but had product all over the back label.I contacted Amazon and was told to contact the seller, which I did. The next day I had a reply from the seller and was told to go back to Amazon and tell them that they said to send me another order. I did so and the next day I had a new package of three bottles at no charge. I had asked for only one replacement bottle....the one that had leaked as I am not afraid to use the other two bottles, but the seller had Amazon send the package of three. Customer service does not get much better than this.I recommend this product to alleviate cramping of legs, hands, etc., and I recommend this seller for superior customer service!

This product is amazing. Both my husband and I suffer occasionally with night time leg cramps. Seriously, within 2 minutes, our leg cramps are gone! We go from hobbling with pain to walking freely within minutes. It is made with apple cider vinegar and garlic and thus has a strong taste. I take mine mixed with juice and it still works perfectly, but my husband drinks his plain. If you suffer from leg cramps you won’t regret buying this.

A friend brought me a bottle after I complained I had been experiencing severe leg cramps. I immediately ordered the bundle of 3! The minute I begin feeling a cramp I take this, I am so grateful for this product there are hardly any words! I empty 2 capsules as instructed into about 4 oz of water, and it's very refreshing!

This seems to be helping some of my pains, but this tastes terrible.

This product seems to be effective in preventing leg cramps while sleeping. My only complaint is that there is some kind of semi-solid "stuff" in the liquid product which makes it a bit creepy to drink. But drink it I do.
