It works and and was easy to install however if you have a Volkswagen Passat S it won’t really fit as well but it will work.

i bought this to replace factory broken unit. this unit is not as hardy as the original and when you turn the knob I grit my teeth in hoping the knob does not snap.

I really only bought this because I needed the knob. Idk where the knob ran off to or if it broke. But this item does seem exactly like the one in my 2015 VW Passat, so I'm happy.

This product was very cheaply made and it does not fit in properly so know there’s a very noticeable lip around it instead of being flush like it supposed to be. If the knob came off or just came as a knob that would have been much better than this cheaply made garbage

La pieza no entra bien tiene defecto para ponerla se me ocurrió la idea con una navaja rebajar unas guías qué lleva para poderlas poner pero no quedo como debería quedar si comprara otra y pasara lo mismo que es lo más probable la retornaron por el precio esta muy buena pues la original cuesta mucho la pieza funciona bien y se ve muy bien pero no entra como debe ser

Bought for my son’s 2012 Passat. Was super easy to pop the old one out and the new one right in. Great value for the money and looks identical to the one replaced

For some reason it would not fit.I had to sand the opening to make it fit.Other than that, it was perfect match in every way.Still worth the money.
