I like the look of this rug and the quality is good. The packaging is extremely difficult to open. It states you need to push the rug out from one end in order to have the sleeve intact for a potential return. There was no way I could do this and ended up cutting the plastic sleeve off. The rug is taking forever to “relax”. Two weeks later I still have heavy books on the ends to try and flatten it. The rest of the rug is a bit wavy in places. The style and color fit my decor but I would have returned it if I had the packaging to do so.

Not as thick as I would have liked. Came rolled and has been hard to get it back to flat. I bought some things to put on bottom of rug to hold it in place.

The product looked as good as advertised; perfect colors and soft. Of course, with Amazon, it shipped quickly and was properly packaged.

We ordered 9’x12’ and 12’ is one inch short but 9’ is 8-1/2’-that’s six inches shorter than advertised. Buyer beware! Watch out for snags from the factory also.

It was a great fit for our hallway. The problem is that the ends still are turned up due to the carpet being rolled up, this is after several weeks of use. We have laid heavy objects down on all four ends and it’s still curling up. We also bought a 1/2 inch pad to go underneath it to help with comfort. Helped a little but not enough. It looks good in the hallway just wish it was much more thicker, our hallway has ceramic tile. So without the padding it still felt like walking on the hard surface. It was a good price for what we purchased, but not for comfort.

I bought 2 of these rugs for my busy vacation rental. It has held up so well. No fading, little dirt. I'm ordering a new one and will clean the current one and donate it.

Seriously a perfect size, color, and pattern. Rolling it out has one side so tightly rolled that it's going to take at least a month for me to make sure it lays flat but I will prevail.

The carpet is very nice and it looks just like the picture. The only downside is that it doesn't have a rubber backing, so you will need a pad to keep it in place.

I would have preferred the more burgundy colour, but it wasn't available. I'm using it on a hardwood floor under my desk, so my chair doesn't damage the floor. It's getting everyday use and It is laying flat (no edge curling!)

Just as advertised. It looks great in my hall. I see a bit more beige in the colour but the guys in the house see grey!

Beautiful rug, just as pictured and arrived promptly. Would order again.

Due to being folded for shipping, over 2 months later, it still doesn’t lay flay on the floor. This is an issue, as it is in my 85 year old mother’s home, and poses a tripping hazard. Discoloured carpet has created a white line through an area that was supposed to be gray. This is in the middle of the room and is very apparent.
